Here the staff is us, the Ferraioli family, who, since our grandfather started Bacco in the 1930s, continue to practice the art of
hosting our guests with open arms. Our whole family works at Bacco, in the kitchen, restaurant and hotel, following the ancient traditions we love so much.
The "staff" is guided by two brothers: Raffaele and Antonio: their wives and sons take care of the various products' stocks.
In the kitchen Erminia takes care of sauces and first courses, Rosa prepares the second courses, Domenico the appetizers, the two Letizie alternate to take care of the side dishes while the eclectic Antonio is an expert at our charcoal grill where he cooks up succulent meats. In the restaurant Andrea, with Luisa's help, takes care of our guests. But the roles are not so rigid and often we alternate with each other. The best feature of our staff is our commitment to make feel the guests at home, so that they will come back to visit Bacco soon.
